If you purchase Georges Budget for Excel, it is delivered by way of digital download only.  No boxed product with CD-ROM is available.  Georges Budget for Excel is a customized Microsoft Excel file that requires Microsoft Excel 2007 or Excel 2010 and macros to be enabled.

By purchasing Georges Budget for Excel you are automatically entered into an update/notification email list.  This is to notify you of future updates (bug related fixes) to your version of Georges Budget for Excel and allow you to download the update. 1.   These license terms are an Agreement between George Alzamora (developer/creator of Georges Budget for Excel) and you (the end user of Georges Budget for Excel).  These license terms apply to Georges Budget for Excel and any updates and support provided for Georges Budget for Excel.

2.   By using Georges Budget for Excel, you agree to these license terms.   If you do not agree to these license terms please seek a return within 30 days of the purchase date and delete any copies of Georges Budget for Excel that you may have.

3.   These license terms permit the installation and use of one copy of Georges Budget for Excel on one computer.  A backup copy can be made for backup purposes.  All title, copyright, and ownership rights to Georges Budget for Excel and any future updates/versions are retained and held by George Alzamora.

4.   Georges Budget for Excel single user license is for purchase only at www.georgesbudget.com

5.   Georges Budget for Excel is not for resale.

6.   Georges Budget for Excel is licensed not sold.

7.   Do not use Georges Budget for Excel in any way that is against the law.

8.   Do no rent, lease, sublicense or lend Georges Budget for Excel.  Do not publish Georges Budget for Excel for others to copy.

9.   Any components of Georges Budget for Excel are licensed as a single unit.  You may not separate any components and install them on different devices.

10.  You may not reverse engineer, decompile, translate, localize, or disassemble Georges Budget for Excel.

13.  Georges Budget for Excel's worksheets, workbook structure, and related Visual Basic Project have been password protected to protect the integrity of the data and Copyrighted information.  Do not attempt to break into the password protected areas or to change, alter, or use in another application any formula, macro, module, custom form, Visual Basic Project or general layout/structure of Georges Budget for Excel.

14.  Do not unprotect any sheets in Georges Budget for Excel.

15.  Do not unprotect the workbook feature of Georges Budget for Excel.

16.  Do not unprotect the Visual Basic Project portion of Georges Budget for Excel.

17.  Georges Budget for Excel is provided "as is" and without any warranties of any kind.

18.  By using Georges Budget for Excel, you assume any risks for damages related to its use.  You cannot recover any damages, including consequential, lost profits, special, indirect or incidental damages related to the use of Georges Budget for Excel.

19.  If an update (bug fix) to Georges Budget for Excel is created and made available by George Alzamora, you are entitled to a free copy of the update (bug fix) to Georges Budget for Excel.  However, you must agree to be in the update contact/notification list to be able to receive updates.  Updates to Georges Budget for Excel will take the form of an updated copy of Georges Budget for Excel delivered digitally.  If an update of Georges Budget for Excel is received by you, the data you entered in the older copy needs to be copied to the updated copy of Georges Budget for Excel.

20.  Upgrades (new versions) of Georges Budget for Excel must be purchased separately.
